Consumer Expert Tech writes about products; it does not sell them. Not one item covered on this site is sold by us. There is no warehouse, no checkout and no order system here — so there is no record of your purchase for us to look up, however much we would like to help.
The company that actually took your money is the one to contact. They are holding the order, the payment and the warranty; we are holding none of the three.
Almost everything you need is in the order confirmation email from the day you bought it — the seller’s name, your order number, and a support address or phone number. Find that email and you have found your route in.

Drawing a blank? Try the spam, junk or promotions folders, where a surprising share of confirmation emails quietly land. Failing that, your card or bank statement will name the merchant that charged you, and that name is usually all you need to track down their support page.
All of these are handled by the retailer or brand that fulfilled your order. Their contact details are in your order confirmation email.
The form below or a direct email both reach us. Everything gets read, and we try to come back to you inside two to three business days.

Useful things to include: what the product does, what separates it from the ten similar ones already on the market, and whether a review sample can be sent. Two caveats worth stating up front — we never promise coverage, and we never trade coverage for a favorable verdict. Our Advertising Disclosure spells out exactly how the commercial side works.

How to find your seller →Best used for anything on the “we can help with” list. If it is about an order or a faulty product, please go to the seller instead — writing to us cannot produce an answer, and it costs you days you could have spent talking to someone who can actually fix it.
